Who I Am
My Practice
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor and a Board Certified Counselor. I work with individuals who are dealing with issues of relationship, depression, trauma, self-esteem, confusion, hurt and anger. I am experienced in working with issues associated with alcohol and drug dependency, including codependency and adult children of alcoholics (ACOA).
Divorce, loss and other life changes are things that we all confront. At times we may need a person who can walk with us through the pain or hurt.
Women have their own set of unique issues and concerns. Much of my experience and training has focused directly on dealing with these concerns.
I have extensive experience and training in assessing and treating many of the difficult family, personal and transition issues that confront members of our military and their families.
Gay, lesbian and bisexual clients and their issues are another important focus of my practice.
I treat individuals 18 years of age and older.
